When booked I thought the price was ~$280 AUD and included breakfast but when turned up to pay cost us $400 AUD + ~$55 AUD for breakfast. I was confused that price had risen since I booked.

The hotel is great, with friendly and helpful staff. Location-wise, it's perfect walking distance from Odori and Susukino. Breakfast buffet has a large selection, and the overall feel of the hotel was cozy and comfortable
